can't websync


been trying to websync my football stats all weekend, and I keep getting this error message ...

Requesting master list of schools...
Failed to load the response.  Sync Failed!

What's the problem????

also getting the same message in the soccer program

makes it really hard to have a national report and statistical website when the software doesn't work properly

very frustrating, especially when conference SIDs and the NAIA national office question you able where's your stats

Same problem here. I'm working off of my laptop at home, trying to update my leagues in my profile so that I can set us as an NAIA school and when I click "Update Leagues" I get "Invalid Response: Update Failed!"...so there's no way for me to even get to websync.

It'd be nice to be able to nominate players of the week now and have their stats load right in. I can do it for volleyball and my women's soccer team, but as it stands, I'll be updating by hand on my men's stats, flipping between the NAIA SID help screen and the stats on our website.

Hopefully someone finds the fix!

The following notice was sent to conference SIDs 3 weeks ago, to be passed to conference members that Web-Sync:

Attention all:

If you are receiving a message when trying to Web-Sync, ("Requesting master list of schools... Response format was incorrect. Sync Failed!) after updating DakStats, please delete (Click Edit | Delete) your Web-Sync profile and recreate it.

When we launched the new updates we also changed the website that hosted the DakStats Web-Sync. Your current profiles refer to the old web address, that isn't being cleared out. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this quick fix will allow you to report again

In UnionKySID's case (I followed up with him this morning) his issue was a little different. He had gone to Configure | Season and System preferences and click Update for his season.

Have others had to go to "Update season" to resolve the invalid response message?
