I've already talked with Jon Grann about this and got it fixed, but I was just curious as to how this could happen.

A softball game played in Feb. of 2007 somehow showed up in our 2008 stats. It couldn't have been on our end since I have a new laptop since last season and those stats were not on this laptop. Still, doesn't mean it couldn't happen to me.

But I am just curious as to how stats from a previous season could make its way into this year's stats, especially in a sport like baseball or softball where the YEAR is different. I could see it happening more easily in basketball were the season starts in the fall/winter and spans into the new year.
