I just noticed on the DakStats website that our team's shutouts are not showing up in the individual totals. Is the program not picking up something when I import the games from Stat Crew??? What can be done to correct this???

When we programmed the import of the xml file, we recieved several sample files from customers. None of the sample files we recieved had any fields marked for shutouts.

So, either the version of the xml files we received did not export shutouts....or they don't export the shutout statistic if its 0.

If you have an xml file for a game that should have a shutout, please send it to us and we can see if they do export that field.

If they export it...then its easy for us to import the field.

So, anytime you think the stats file is not being imported properly...just send us a copy of the file and a copy of the box score for that game.
